euws introduction estd 2001 educated unemployed welfare society is a charitable institution and is working for the welfare of the educated unemployed youths of assam since 2001 it is registered under the societies registration act 1860 as well as u/s 12a u/s 80g of the income-tax act 1961 which means donation to our society is exempt from tax in the hands of the donors under the income-tax act 1961 it has also applied for the fcra registration and is awaiting for the registration from the ministry of home affairs new delhi the main objective of our society is to provide employment opportunity to the educated unemployed youths and create a society where everybody has a source of living in this direction our society is working since 2001 and is helping in the formation of shgs vocational training organising free health camps awarding scholarships to meritorious students conducting awareness generation programmes providing relief to the victims of natural/un-natural calamity providing free computer training to the financially weak students plantation of trees and many other charitable activities the activities of our society is being carried on by the voluntary contributions of a very limited number of generous people of the society and by the contributions of its members since the collection is not on a regular basis and the amount is not very high the activities of our society is limited because of financial constraint we sincerely look for an opportunity to serve the society so that our members get a benefit from your end to fulfill their motto employment for all any act of your kindness will go a long way in helping the ailing society thanking you in anticipation for educated unemployed welfare society dated 09-09-2009 place dibrugarh mahendra bagaria secretary

euws bye-laws estd 2001 rules regulations of educated unemployed welfare society 0 0.1 interpretation unless the context requires otherwise the words or expressions contained in these rules shall have the same meaning as in the societies registration act 1860 and any statutory modifications thereof in force on the date on which these become binding on the society in these rules unless there be something in the subject or context which is inconsistent there on society means educated unemployed welfare society member means a member of the society accepted as such under the rules president means the president of the society secretary means the secretary appointed the governing body means the members for the time being of the governing body constituted as provided by these rules regulations name of the society the name of the society shall be educated unemployed welfare society a society for the welfare of educated unemployed youths 2 registered office the registered office of the society will be situated in the state of assam and at present it shall be at educated unemployed welfare society grahambazar dibrugarh 786001 assam 3 area of operation the main area of operation of the society extends to the states of assam and arunachal pradesh and also to other neighbouring states 0.2 0.2.1 0.2.2 0.2.3 0.2.4 0.2.5 1.

euws bye-laws estd 2001 4 aims and objectives the aims and objectives of the society are as under 4.1 to provide/help in providing employment opportunities to the educated unemployed youths by either directly providing engagement in self employed business activities or indirectly assisting them for so to educate people and make them concious of and concerned about social justice self reliance and co-operation so that they may be prepared and equipped to secure an ever better future without infringing upon human rights and human dignity to foster and promote leadership among the students youth and deserving people to provide library facilities reading rooms so that proper educational training can be imparted to the students youth and others to print publish and exibit films journals periodicals books lectures and other reading and pictorial matter for diffusion of useful knowledge and in keeping with educational charitable and moral ideals of the society to contribute improve assist or aid in promotion of the general welfare and physical material spiritual mental moral and cultural advancement of all communities the family and individual irrespective of their race caste creed community religion or language to perform works of charity and relief by caring for the sick poor needy and disables without distinction of race caste creed community religion or language to participate in such programmes which will promote all round development in the social educational religious cultural and economic spheres of life of all sections of the people of the states to promote social works and to achieve better human relations amongst all sections of the people by arranging meeting seminars conferences and by other means to formulate various kinds sections of the people of schemes for the development and welfare of all 4.2 4.3 4.4 4.5 4.6 4.7 4.8 4.9 4.10 to print publish issues exibit and distribute journals periodicals booklets pamphlets lectures catalogues and other literature which the society may deem suitable to promote the general welfare to humanity as in keeping with aims and objectives of the society.
