media information world taekwondo federation wtf world taekwondo tour 2010 moscow 1 2 3 date venue december 10 2010 moscow martial arts center moscow russia competition rules i the wtf competition rules currently in force with any modifications decided by technical delegate ii protector and scoring system pss formerly called as electronic body protector will not be used normal protector and headgear will be worn iii instant video replay will not be used modifications of competition rules may be made technical delegate as the case may be method of competition i a single elimination tournament system shall apply for individual competition ii team competition male only will be held based on the system that is determined by technical delegate and agreed by the two teams 4 5 weight divisions the following weight divisions shall apply i individual competition men over 80kg ii 6 team competition 5 contestants from one team to compete women over 67kg entries per country position maximum no of members coach 1 contestant invited athletes only in each weight division four 4 contestants will compete in a single elimination tournament system 7 classification of results medals and prize money will be awarded by the organizing committee to all four athletes in the respective weight divisions i individual competition st place 1 gold medal us$10,000 2nd place silver medal us$5,000 3rd place bronze medal us$3,000 bronze medal us$3,000 ii team competition place 2nd place 1st us$20,000 us$10,000
