fall 2009/spring 2010 wholesale catalog mayberry iron ordering information placing an order oooo please place orders via fax fax 504 285-1902 using the order form within this catalog no minimum order amount on customer pick-up orders minimum order amount for mayberry iron freight shipping see option 3 below is $1000 all orders will be confirmed upon receipt to the contact name given on the order form when the order is confirmed an estimated delivery time will also be given o payment terms oooo credit card information is required as security for all orders placed the credit card will not be charged at the time the order is placed when the order is ready to ship final payment arrangements will be mutually agreed upon our preferred method of payment is via check if you want to leave the order on the credit card we can do that and the card will be charged when the order ships if a check is to be sent it is to be sent when the order ships if the check is not received within 10 days of the order being shipped we will charge you re the credit card we have on file for you if the check arrives after we have charged the card we will destroy or return the un-cashed check to you based on your preference for advance orders e.g order in nov but request delivery in march payment is due 50 at the time the order is placed and the remaining 50 upon delivery we accept company checks visa or mastercard returned checks subject to $30 fee returns/problems with order o o any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item any reports/claims of short order or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt of item shipping o option 1 customer pick-up by appointment only time to be determined by mutual agreement no shipping charge o option 2 mayberry iron delivery limited delivery area any mayberry iron delivery by mutual agreement delivery charge is based on the destination not to exceed 15 of the order amount option 3 freight shipping cost for shipping is determined by item count weight and distance shipping charge will be the actual shipping cost o note shipping/delivery charges cover our expenses and time in getting the items delivered to your place of business shipping is not a profit center for us we are simply recouping our costs thank you for your understanding delivery time o estimated delivery times will be given at the time each order is confirmed www.mayberryiron.com page 3 of 48 phone 916 302-6679
