graduation studios participation in one of the two studios is obligatorily for all cmud students at tu/e twice a year at the start of a semester the two different graduation studios start during this studio the students work individually and in groups during the graduation project the student works at a leading company that will co-establish the graduation project a team of scientific members of our departments is involved in coaching the graduation projects you work on your graduation project within one of the two studios · process engineering for urban development when cities urban areas or industrial districts are to be redeveloped complex decision-making processes will start up in order to bring shareholders and `stakeholders together negotiation strategic behavior simulation of expected results and process governance are the focus of the graduation projects in this studio · business engineering for urban development within this studio cities and urban districts are considered and approached in terms of entrepreneurial entities profit and non-profit companies in the individual graduation projects subjects are value features exploitation possibilities management and financing concepts in the last few years the graduation track has focused more on the connection with the fundamental research projects of doctoral students and staff for this graduation cohorts will be set up in which industry will be addressed as a partner and as a co-financier there is much cooperation among cme and major international consultancies also housing corporations provincial development company bom communal governments and building companies are involved graduated and then the combination of a scientific attitude with the practical approach of an engineer forms an
