ogu opening ceremony ogu 2012 s opening ceremony featured speeches from gulomjon ibragimov deputy prime minister and chairman of the board of uzbekneftegaz and michael hartley nonexecutive director of ite group plc gulomjon ibragimov discussed the real progress made in uzbekistan s oil and gas industry including the opening of 110 fields the construction of facilities for major oil and gas processing and petrochemical products along with the achievements of several key projects michael hartley also emphasised that ogu has become an integral part of the local and international oil and gas community due to ongoing support from the uzbekistan government and uzbekneftegaz.
