act one scene one the two houses engage in a duel on veronas streets the third apparently and from this reaction the prince puts a sentence of death as the penalty of fighting.

scene two finding romeo upset and alone benvolio persuades him to come to capulets house party in search of the ladies ooh the plot thickens

scene three meanwhile at the capulet residence lady capulet tries to persuade juliet to marry their wealthy family friend county paris but to no avail at least in that story its unlikely she would die oops spoiler well not much of one

scene four still disheartened his cousins try to cheer him up on the way to the party with mild success as mercutio goes a bit loopy while throwing them a tangent let me guess he dies be quiet snarky yellow text!

scene five romeo and juliet meet at the party much to the discontent of juliets cousin tybalt who insists on shedding romeos blood on the dance floor clingy and violent rawr

act two scene two other than likely-drunk and still-crazy mercutio not much missed from scene one :p a stalker-y infatuated romeo seeks more attention from juliet like a sick puppy and so does she vice versa they have a little chat and agree to get married the next day ah i see wait what

scene three romeo has a chat with friar lawrence who reluctantly agrees to marry the two lovers romeo then leaves to send word to juliet i can see why he became a friar he has atrocious parenting skills

scene four juliet eager to hear from romeo sends her nurse to get news from him and she does receiving word from romeo to send juliet to friar lawrences cell this night so over the course of a weekend these two teenagers fall in love and get married wow the saying shouldnt be when in vegas it should be when in 16th century verona.

scene five nurse brings the good news to juliet and she whisks away to friar lawrences cell for marriage with romeo im starting to thing friar lawrence is running a sort of las vegas wedding chapel

scene six they get married there isnt much else to say about this scene hey kids its all downhill from here

act three scene one romeo runs into town after his shotgun wedding and finds tybalt and mercutio dueling despite romeo trying to intervene tybalt stabs mercutio just enough and kills him enraged romeo does the same to tybalt the score is one for the montagues one for the capulets.
