the game of mt lebanon life setting up you will need game board dice four game pieces paper money life tiles house cards salary cards career cards place salary career and house cards where they are directed to be on the game board choose a player to be the banker and they will hand out $100,000 to each player to start with let each player pick a game piece the youngest player will go first and then the person to their left will follow.

gameplay object whoever has the most money at the end of the game wins begin the game by rolling the dice and moving that amount of spaces do what the square you are on instructs you to do some will have instructions specific for players of certain occupations or game pieces and some will apply to everybody red spaces these squares will have a stop sign on them meaning no matter what number you rolled you have to stop on this square and follow the instructions career space choose a career at random from the pile of career cards on the board and choose a salary card at random you will collect this amount of money every time you pass payday and you will pay the amount of tax listed on the card when you are required to pay tax house cards when you reach the house square choose a house card at random from the pile and pay the bank if you do not have enough money you may take a loan from the bank there is an interest of $100 every one of your turns life cards on certain spaces you will be asked to take a life card do not look at the value of the life card until the end of the game at the end these will count towards your total money count.
