here are the activities and the temporary schedule of the eurotour 2010 friday 21st of may travelling day and arrival arriving of the participants getting to know each other reunion and dinner at the welcome-buffet saturday 22nd of may breakfast buffet and start to the first leg of the tour we will pass the beautyful hilly landscape of westensee one of many nature parks in this area our destination will be kiel the capitol of schleswigholstein there we are awaited by the crew of a small museum for engines which was built by the effort of a privat group of enthusiasts the unique feature of this loving place is the fact of operational reliability of each engine a small 2-stroke as well as a huge diesel engine of a submarine we will experience interesting details from engeneering for example the first success of the otto motor as a power station for small industries very absorbing because of its career is repeating at present as a supply unit for private houses at the museum we will have our own snack bar with hot dogs all you can eat.

after the visit of this lovely museum we will enjoy the next highlight of the day freya we will be passengers of an 100 year old paddlesteamer which guides us to the sightseeing points of the kiel harbour our steam boat was buildt in holland 1905 and served for 26 years as the yacht of her majesty queen wilhelmina the name of the ship at this time was westerschelde and today it´s the suitable yacht for us to conquer the baltic sea there is a lot to see like the old actuator or a wooden lift for serving the food we will have a buffet with cake and coffee on the passage on the last leg of this day we will drive through a landscape called the switzerland of holstein because it´s hilly and has a lot of lakes and woods you will pass old farmhouses with thatched roofs and and manorial estates the evening we will have a four course menue at our hotel and enjoy our stay together.

sunday 23rd of may after enjoying the breakfast buffet we will start to the second leg of the eurotour 2010 this day we will go towards the sea but will see as well some maritime attractions we will cross over the kiel cannel and watch the giants of the sea on this most run inland waterway worldwide a visit of the vikings will bet the next chapter of our second day a small rebuilt village shows us the everyday life of the conquerors of the early dark ages long time before columbus they shall have discovered america and they were frightended of all north european countries and their cruelty was notorious on the way we will pass the schlei gemans longest fjord a lunch and a coffee brake will shorten us the trip through a further national park called the mountains of huetten mountain means at most a hill in schleswigholstein and so our beloved vintage cars will not have trouble at all after returning at the hotel it´s time to relax and then to spiff you up cause we will be picked up to our evening event there will be a bus shuttle for us to avoid drinking just mineral water the whole night long a nice dinner is prepared an entertainement and of course the award winner of the eurotour 2010 will be honored because of a little effort by the participants is required also this year

monday 24th of may the most of us will have a long trip home and so we say goodbye to them in the morning with the rest of the crowd we will visit an event for vintage cars in the neighborhood to have a look into the car community of nothern gemany.
