lina maria marroquín ramírez mcvp incoming global internship program cell phone +201124674434 101 committed 2 how would you look in the gv of ic2012 in russia we need to look aligned and appealing that s why i would propose three outfits the folklore for girls the mariachi for guys and some of us wearing shirts with this logo and slogan adding spicy to aiesec international congress 2012 besides that we should take postcards for giving them to the people and the mexico bracelets that people love also some chili and spicy food would be a good thing taking into account our goal for gv should be having the best stand i m proposing to create a space where people can take pictures with us and look really fun maybe by putting something on the floor that says méxico lindo 3 what is ic about ic is the platform to connect with the network physically and generate the strategic relations and partnership for the rest of the term to identify the new strategies and trends at international level and think about how they can be implemented a national a local one to benchmark the other entities and resolve our doubts right away to identify strategic contacts from global partners and start the relationships with them to launch the new partnership at global level 4 if we could express in one phrase or two what is mexico goal for ic 2012 to create mc-mc mc-global partners partnerships for the term to position mexico as the top of mind of countries in latin america 5 what are mexico s priorities to capitalize from ic 2012 exchange igcdp create partnership with ep gcdp providers in order to attract more effectively the eps because right now the market is focusing only in brazil and colombia also we should take all the promotional material and

campaigns to give it to our potential country partners and try to engage them more igip it would be crucial for us to contact the global partners during ic and try to analyze with the global coordinators possible ways to cooperate and actually create opportunities in the country for this it would be required to contact them in advance the congress besides that we need to benchmark other countries in the region and see what are they doing in this field with which companies and identify ways to work together ogcdp we need to create cy-cy partnership for our eps and also ask them for promotional material for this besides this we need to benchmark entities as egypt where they have lcs achieving half of our results in an extremely successful way with this kind of country we can create cy-cy partnership based on knowledge at lc level ogip we need to create partnership with countries as turkey poland hungary russia ukraine brazil colombia and cas i think our members would be interested in them and visa requirements are not that hard to reach also we need to ask them for promotional material and them we can launch national projects based on these co operations we need to position more the country right now brazil is having all the attention so we need to get it back through promotional materials and also participating more in the daily plenary something that i think we need to work more is in our image and how turns it more into a professional one this includes for example none of us getting drunk during the parties besides that we can invest in having at least 3 or 4 really cool and appealing delegation shirts and wearing it all the same day to create positioning for me it would be about thinking in little actions that not require big investment but achieve big results position inside the network the ibero-american summit 2012 in case we get the opportunity of hosting it that i think we ll do 6 what do you think happens or should happen in a mexico country xx meeting first of all taking into account we re going to know with a lot of time in advance the delegates from the congress i think we should contact them before ic and start working in possible partnership in this way the meeting should be focused more on closing the partnership and not start from the beginning so our delegation members should know in advance what are we proposing and what are they willing to offer it should be only a space to get to know each other and try to make more personal the relationship define the final frame and sign the contract.

also i think we can think of a partnership package for the countries that we re signing partnership with in this way we re going to engaged them better and innovate with this initiative so the flow should be something like this june 1st delegates final list will be released june 30th based on our mc planning identify the potential countries for partnership july 2nd start contacting them and try to work in potential partnership at this time for sure we re going to be more conscious about our realities and our plan as mc july create the frame for the negotiation july 31st have a list the first draft for the negotiation contract august 3rd create the partnership package august 10th settle down the date and time for the meeting during the meeting at ic g2k checking the contract signing the contract we should make it memorable by taking pictures giving them the mexican negotiation package i think aiesec in mexico can innovate in the way of holding these meetings during international congress and it would actually make us look more professional and prepared 7 how does ic 2012 fit in your career plan confidential one of the options that i m considering as next step after my mc term is applying for a global coordinator position so my plan is to capitalize in this event and get to know better the role of the positions and the people who are right know on them through this i m hoping to gain more points for the application itself and actually take a decision about which position is more suitable for me besides this i m planning to position myself with the african growth network in order to gain points to get elected as a faci for africa xlds 2013 where it would be my pleasure to represent mexico gc lina faci
