the sirocco wind by savanna czyz science period 6th 2/7/12 one day shelby and mary both got on a plane and flew to africa to study weather and climate one day they found out that they had discovered a new wind the named it the sirocco wind sirocco wind is located in the mediterranean sea and coasts this wind is in the hot and dry regions of africa their discovery was so famous that people all around the world came to visit africa and feel the wind themselves the wind was so powerful that you were blinded when you faced the wind sometimes if the sirocco wind is strong enough it may pick up sand and create a sandstorm it causes clouds fog and rain over northern mediterranean areas but not even shelby or mary knew what why and how this wind became so powerful we only know a couple things one is that this wind can be long for as 36 hours long let s hope that someday someone will answer all of our questions about the sirocco wind but now we wait the end!
