the barber winds by sam harley the sandwich marvin i must rescue the sandwich those were the last words perry said to his best friend marvin before venturing out into the frigid windstorm perry had dropped his grilled cheese sandwich as he ran into the convenience shop only moments before the barber wind reached himself and his friend now he bravely ventured out into the storm to retrieve his beloved lunch wait perry screamed marvin over the howling wind can t you just make a new sandwich but it was too late because perry was too far away to hear him running blindly through the wind his face covered with droplets of sleet he struggled to find his sandwich he headed towards the last place he had seen his sandwich-the park bench he and marvin had been sitting at-but could not find it finally he spotted his sandwich on the street blown there by the evil barber wind when perry was only inches from the sandwich the wind picked up again sweeping him into the air squealing in fright he reached for the sandwich which had also been picked up by the wind noooooo he screamed as the grilled cheese blew past him and was swallowed up by the frozen storm without doubt the sandwich was gone forever for what seemed like hours perry flew through the air mourning his lost lunch he thought about all of the good times he d had with that special sandwich suddenly the sleet stopped falling the clouds became white and fluffy again and the sky turned blue however the wind still blew and showed no sign of stopping hmm said perry i wonder what just happened perry stopped short as he watched a small black spot appear in the sky he continued to watch in terror as it grew bigger and bigger finally forming a spontaneous black hole in the sky which sucked up birds trees and one unfortunate helicopter he was sucked closer and closer to the hole pulled forward by its evilness moments later perry woke up screaming in terror and nearly fell out of his bed panting he muttered wow that s the worst nightmare i ve had in months he glared at the charred bread crust on his nightstand this is the last time i eat a grilled cheese sandwich before bed
