Dear Sirs, It is now three years since the launch of Lesonal WB GT branded products on the Central European market. I can proudly say that we have experienced very dynamic growth of the Lesonal Premium brand in Poland, namely the biggest market in this region with more than one hundred mixing machines installed. Our customers include authorized dealership services as well as professional independent shops. Sales have also grown systematically on other markets of Central Europe. It has all been possible thanks to numerous approvals granted by car manufacturers, including the most recent given by Porsche. Our customers share their experience related to the Lesonal brand with us; we heard from Mr. Andrzej Ząbczyński, head of body and paint services at Euromarket dealership in Cracow about the benefits offered by implementation of IT tools designed for management of car body and paint repairs (including AutoFlow Software). Mr. Mirosław Makurat, representing Auto Miras service, referred to the advantage over competition ensured by Lesonal during cooperation with very demanding customers responsible for fleet management. The constant growth of Lesonal in Poland and other countries of Central Europe is possible thanks to the significant engagement of our partners as well as technical support that enables us to use all the benefits and advantages offered by the technology behind Lesonal brand products. We discussed this with Mr. Wojciech Skowroński, Sales Director in PrimaKolor Car Refinishes, General Distributor in Poland of Lesonal WB GT technology, who told us about the professional service supplied by the Company. Support was provided by AkzoNobel in relation to modern color tools and the Colorvation idea, a concept that sets new trends and replaces traditional methods for formula selection with digital precision of color measurements. Colorvation is a unique approach whereby a subjective perception of color is replaced with consistent, objective results, significantly reducing any errors. This solution reduces costs in practice and guarantees customer satisfaction – read the magazine and you will find out more about this novel approach. The year 2017 brought many events for Lesonal in the automotive industry. We met with our partners during Congress of Car Dealers and conferences held by Kia and Toyota in Poland. We participated once again in the Autonet Mobility Show in Hungary and Romania. We have also extended our cooperation with Mansory and Kia Motors in Czech Republic. Lesonal News AutoFlow 4:G – Effective management and maximum work efficiency AutoFlow is the very first professional BMS (Bodyshop Management System) program in Poland. It is used to manage body and paint-coating activities and allows one to conduct on-going monitoring of repair processes and liquidation of damages. Lesonal News Fast technology and professional support – Euromarket summarizes its co-operation with Lesonal Euromarket was founded in 1991 in Kraków by Danuta Dobrzańska and Jerzy Dobrzański, the doyen amongst Polish race drivers, multiple Polish Champion, and winner of numerous international races. for the Opel, Chevrolet, and Saab brands; highly qualified and committed employees, a friendly atmosphere, and high-quality services such as: sales, repairs, body and paint work, inspections, pre-sales, and much more. The automotive tradition in the Dobrzański family dates back almost 100 years. After World War I, they opened one of their first car repair workshops and later – in the 1960’s – they launched an authorized car service for Opel, BMW, and Ford. They launched the first BMW showroom in Poland in 1991 followed by an Opel sales centre in 1992. Euromarket offers nearly 25 years of experience in authorized Opel car sales and aftersales services In 2016, the company started cooperation with PrimaKolor, the exclusive business partner for Lesonal WB GT in Poland. In December 2016, it implemented AutoFlow 4:G – a system dedicated to managing the body and paint shop activities offered by AkzoNobel, the owner of Lesonal brand. We asked Andrzej Ząbczyński, the Manager of the Body and Paint Shop, about the advantages of working with the program as well as the advantages of Lesonal WB GT. 10

– Lesonal offers fast repairs of high quality. How does WB GT base coat technology work in your service? After almost an entire year of using it, we can honestly say that Lesonal technology is on a par with other products offered by the competition. However, in our opinion, it is available at a much better price-to-quality ratio. In our case, moving to a new coating material did not hamper our day-to-day work. This was of utmost importance for ensuring the continued timeliness of repairs. – Modern products are an important element. However, optimization of activities also requires implementation of an effective system of workflow. What are the benefits provided by AutoFlow 4:G in this area? For us, the most important advantage of AutoFlow is that we are able to improve the flow of information within the service thanks to an extensive internal communication module. An additional advantage is the fact that the entire documentation associated with each repair is stored in one place. This allows us to become familiar with the repair status at any time and keep it accessible by any employee with appropriate permissions. Our daily work is easier for us thanks to a calendar module, which is a tool dedicated to planning our work with customers and employees of insurance companies (among others, we can plan by the categories of events with customers such as: car reception, visual inspection, delivery of the vehicle, and information about the absence of either production or non-production employees). – Effective management, including cost management, was also the goal for introducing Report Manager Pro on the market, which records consumption of paint and non-paint in every detail. How have you found it fares in your service? For us, it is a new tool that has been configured and customized to our needs. It allows us to conduct a thorough analysis of the consumption of Lesonal paint materials, divided according to individual orders and workers performing the repair or customers (fleet). Furthermore, it also allows us to compare material consumption by individual sprayers and thus facilitates control of the cost of each order. We place particular attention on analyzing the body and paint shop work processes. Thus, we need appropriate tools such as Report Manager Pro. This program, once combined with the AutoFlow, gives us a feeling that we are one step ahead of the competition. The transparency of documentation related to liquidation of damages, control of processes, and tools essential for ensuring modern management of the body-paint shop department constitute our market advantage. What encouraged the service to co-operate with Lesonal? “Most of all the fact that we provide services to car fleets which constitute a highly demanding customer,” says, Mirosław Makurat, President of the Board. “We needed a technology that would offer us high quality combined with efficiency of repair works. That would allow us to meet the highest standards, seamlessly. Lesonal gave us the opportunity to do so in the year 2015, when we initiated Lesonal WB GT technology combined with UV Filler in our company. We were one of the first companies to do so in Poland. UV Filler is a primer in which the traditional process of drying in high temperature has been replaced with hardening by means of UV rays. This solution reduces repair time, which translates into the ability to conduct even more repairs for the company’s customers. There is no need to raise the temperature to 60°C and use infrared emitters – it is enough to simply initialize the drying process by applying ultraviolet waves. Here at Auto Miras, we prioritize meeting all customers’ expectations. We are able to achieve this thanks to twenty years of experience and compliance with top-tier standards, both in terms of customer services and vehicle repair technology”.  Co-operation with Business Lease On 15th February 2017, AkzoNobel, the brand owner of Lesonal, concluded a co-operation agreement with Business Lease Poland. The aim of the agreement is to create a uniform repair network for the leasing company throughout Poland. Body and paint shop services provided by the network will conduct repair works based on the technology of brands owned by AkzoNobel, including Lesonal. The aim of the established co-operation is to ensure the highest levels of service in the field of body and paint shop repairs. The company was encouraged to select AkzoNobel as its business partner due to the latter’s technologically advanced products and support from professionals. This allowed AkzoNobel to comply with the top-tier standards required by Business Lease.  13

However, to fully use the benefits of modern painting and coating technology, it is necessary to get professional help provided by experienced technical consultants who will assist you in selecting the most effective solutions. We talk about the role of professional technical support specialists with Wojciech Skowroński, Sales Director at PrimaKolor Car Refinishes, the exclusive partner of the Lesonal WB GT brand in Poland. – What are the main tasks of the technical specialists at PrimaKolor? The technical specialists play an extremely important role in our company. Their main task is to provide support to our customers in any activities related to painting and coating systems based on Lesonal GT technology. They help bodyshops to solve current technical problems and provide practical demonstrations, sharing their knowledge on appropriate surface preparation, application techniques, and the whole repair process. They train employees, teach them how to use the most advanced color tools, and conduct technical audits. They help implement new products and technologies. In case of any complaints, they support our customers to quickly resolve their problems, suggesting systemic solutions for the future. 14

– The scope of obligations of your technical specialists is quite wide then, so they certainly need to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and have vast experience. What are the requirements for your Technical Support Department staff? We primarily demand that our staff be focused on customer needs. We value their ability to work together and learn from one another. We must never forget that we are a team. So, in my opinion, a good technical consultant should be determined to provide top quality services, be open to change, and be involved and reliable. These are the qualities we expect from our employees. – What do your recruitment procedure and staff training program look like? As early as the recruitment stage, we pay great attention to the qualifications of our potential employees, demanding that they have a technical education and at least several years of experience in the paints and coatings industry. During the recruitment procedure, we do not only hold job interviews, all applicants also have to pass a practical test and their ability to share knowledge and teach others is also verified. After hiring our employees and providing basic training, comprising a series of technical and color training sessions, we continue to improve the qualifications of our specialists by ensuring they participate in various types of training courses and workshops. We do not forget about their coaching skills, as we realize that it is not enough just to have the knowledge about the technology. It is also necessary to know how to present it in a way that is easy to understand and clear to others. – And what is your role as Sales Director? Is it difficult to manage a team of specialists? My main task is to coordinate the activities of our two teams, the technical team and the sales team, to ensure good cooperation, expansion of knowledge, and exchange of experiences both within the company and also with other companies, such as AkzoNobel which manufactures the coating materials delivered by our company. Our professionals, despite the fact that they are all independent individuals who have their own working methods, form a harmonious team, and they really support each other. It is a challenge to manage this group of specialists, but for me, working with these professionals, people who are driven by passion, is a great pleasure. It gives me a lot of satisfaction.
