You’re welcome Welcome to the Youthlink Directory. If you are aged between 11 and 18 years old, and live in Petersfield, Liss and Liphook or surrounding villages, this booklet is designed specifically for you. There is something very special about living in a local community and we have been amazed to learn about the range of activities and services on offer to young people. There are a large number of willing, generous people who volunteer to share new skills with you, generate new interests and hobbies, expand your talents and utilise your time in healthy pursuits. If you are wondering what to do with yourself or are feeling a bit isolated, it is proven that taking part in extra-curricular activities improves your mental well-being. This Directory is designed to let you know what is going on locally and to help you understand what information, advice and support is available to you. We don’t guarantee the quality of the services listed or spaces available, but if there is anything that stops you being involved (eg. transport), let us know so that we can try to improve your situation. If there are gaps for you in things you would like or need, let us know so that we can pass that back to the right people. Please give us any feedback on this, your, Directory. And, yes, we are hoping to go online in the future! Many thanks. Clare Pilkington If you are a provider or an organisation that could be in our future listings, please contact The King’s Arms and join the Youthlink forum. 3
