Soft and feminine Look by Ruth Hawkins This woodland shoot features a combination of an everyday beauty look to an special natural make up look. Luckily we had the weather on our side with the odd cloud or two to defuse the natural light. The model Celena Wolfe brought a mix of her own clothes to create a combination of popping colours mixed with neutral soft feminine tones. MToecsommerpilsiminegnEtythesis and enhance the models natural fair features, I kept the skin fresh and soft and coupled this with a warm earthy salmon pink shade for the lips and cheeks and finished this off with warm gold and forest green tones and volumizing lashes to give some humph to this look to create a flattering and yet fearless finish. I kept the brows soft and well groomed, as I wanted the eyes to do the talking on this shoot. LI besesliiesvme tohraet in order to achieve this, you need good quality natural makeup and skincare brands and less is always more when applying them. My favourite brands for this particular shoot was Eve Taylor skincare as it doesn’t contain any allergens or parabens, it hypoallergenic, aromatherapy based and has a broad range of products for all skin types and concerns. Illamasqua do in my eyes the best highlighter because it is a baked highlighter powder, giving you a really natural lightweight finish. Daniel sandier cream blush can not only be used as a blush but a eye shadow and lip stain, it has a creamy texture with great staying power so a little not only goers a long way but stays all day too. To create a flawless base, I opted for a hard hydrated foundation by Royal effem and buffed this on using a damp beauty blender in very light layers. My Holy Grail essentials to keep your make-up naturally flawless for the day come rain or skin is a primer, setting spray and blotting sheets. These really make life easy with touching up and looking fabulous. azine 1st C lcasvs © Simon Hawkins 7

I liked the concept of theatre. This place is between Fantasy and Reality, as the theatre is full of mixed emotions, but it is never the same as in joy and love, with excitement and disappointment, with a heart full of love and drama, plus, Especially. There is a way to present an action in the theatre aimed at bringing out all the sensations that a person has, because of each person, to create a sense of what you see, the space between fantasy and Reality and exaltation of the senses. “New styles have appeared in the world fashion. The world as a whole has become more intense, much faster and brighter for the eyes. With this in mind, this is also where my paintings should be.... Between 10

The Gail Carson Gail Carson is a singer songwriter, producer, photographer, videographer/ editor, radio show host, graphic artist, and computer guru. She currently works for Bright Frontier Films as an Executive Producer’s Assistant. She lives in sunny Florida. Exclusive It’s an honour to present to you, multiple award-winning Singer/Songwriter Jimmy Parker, from Nashville Tennessee. His Traditional Roots and Country Styling’s have captured the heart of Country music fans all over the USA and beyond. He is a singer/songwriter, and an actor too, in several music videos, TV shows, and working towards the big screen. He has recently been in several episodes of the TV Series ‘Nashville’. Please welcome, my friend, Jimmy Parker. Q&A Hi Jimmy, I’m so proud to feature you here; I have enjoyed your work for a long time, and am so happy to share you with all our listeners out there. How would you characterize your sound? “My sound could be described as Traditional Country but some with an edge to it.” Who was a big influence on your musical style? “One of the first was Gordon Lightfoot. The man had such a unique style with a smooth vocal and his chord selections in his songs were just amazing. Then of course, my country music influences started with Merle Haggard, of course, Keith Whitley, George Strait, and not last nor least, Johnny Cash.” Do you have any CD’s? Where can people go to buy them? “I have five cd’s out. More Than You Know, Real Deal, American Country Singer, Home, and The Journey. I used to have them available online for purchase and downloads but didn’t have too much success with that. I found most of the fans I cater to want the physical copies and they order directly through me with emails. I then go through the process with them on their orders and mail the cd’s to them. I also sell cd’s at my shows.” Do you have music videos? Where can people go to watch them? “Yes I have music videos. They can be found on YouTube. Go to YouTube and type my name in their search bar and you should find me with no problem.” Can you describe a couple of your recent releases and a little background about them? “My most recent song, a #1 for two straight months (everyday for 8 straight weeks) on the Independent Hot Country Music Charts, is “Shot to Hell.” It is true country... down to earth traditional sound. It was written by Terry Dennis. He played it for me one day with his guitar in a studio and I just had to record it. It actually put goose bumps on my arms. Another one real close to that one is a song called, “You Never Know”. It was written by Billy Droze, Mike McQuire, and Jimmy Yeary. We did a video in Los Angeles and Hollywood, California and the video won “2015 Video of the Year” award for the Josie Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee. Another goose bump producing song.” 14

I have to write from experiences in life that I have gone through or I know someone who has. I am not a proficient writer... one who writes all the time. But when I do, it’s based on something that effected me a good way or a bad way. Song-writing is a craft.... not a hobby. It comes from the heart. Or actually it’s a gift from a higher power because sometimes after I write a song I look at it and say, If I had to write it again I’d never come close. It takes effort and it takes skill in a lot of cases. But mostly if it ain’t from the heart it’s gonna be a tough sell. Just my thoughts on song-writing.’ CVH 1st Class thank you so much Jimmy for all you do to keep Traditional Country Music alive and well! I’m looking forward to what you will do next! 1st C lcasvs azine 15
