In our Stamping Department we have a big range of hydraulic and mechanic presses with strength from 150 until 2500 tonnes equipped with «MOTION MASTER« system for the production of high thickness steel sheet parts, with press table dimensions until 5 metres x 2. The big series productions are made with progressive dies on presses until 2500 tonnes, with powerful NC feeders with robotised manipulators for the automatic charge and discharge of the parts until the final deposit in the customer’s containers. Our structure has a series of laser cutting systems of the latest generation at your disposal, with laser cutting up to 25 mm thickness, with automatic grasping of the steel sheets and a complete automatic laser cutting process and sorting of the finished parts. This system manages the complete production process, from loading of the steel sheets, until the discharge of the cut parts and removal of the waste and cleaning of the pallet changer. Besides, this system is also able to select, handle and stack the cut parts of any geometry, depositing and predisposing them for the subsequent use. We have also set up a series of laser tube systems, for the cutting of the different shapes ROUND, SQUARE, RECTANGULAR and OVAL with automatic charge and discharge systems with a loading capacity of 4000 Kg. and bars up to 6500 mm in length . The automatic robotic welding isles, complete the department with numerical control tube bending and bending presses up to 250 tonnes. The whole system works with automatic manipulators for the final stock into the specific customer’s container. LASER

The Department has more than 20 robotic TIG-MIG welding stations with arc pulsed welding with electronic discharge - braze welding – spot welding – with 5 and 6 axles robot and orbital rotating and horizontal 2 stations positioners. Furthermore we have robotic welding isles of the latest generation with 4 Fronius welding groups and NC with 6 axles robot, specific for the welding and assembling of chassis crossmembers, as well as double robot welding stations all equipped with pneumatic welding masks in order to guarantee the quality of our manufactures. We have automatic spot welding installations as well as new robotic spot welding isles with automatic charge and discharge of the parts. In this Department we have completely automatic welding isles, with 3D visual systems which allow the charge and discharge of the components and assemblies and their final stack. WELDING

The whole range of prickers and multiple tapping machines, NC milling machines, lathes, rebore, broaching and hacksaw machines complete the machining works for our steel parts which are verified in the intermediate phases and approved by a quality certificate. MACHINING

The large experience and know-how acquired in this field over the years, guarantee a high level of tooling design and construction for any component or assembly of high thickness with a material quality up to S700MC. Besides , we build all welding masks for our robot types in house as well as all control masters for part verification during the production process. The construction of a new tooling, made upon our design, is supported by a detailed study with FMECA, developed by our Quality and Product Industrialization Department in order to obtain a safe and reliable final design before building the tooling itself. Our Design Department uses the most advanced design software and 3D systems, such as «CATIA» and «NX», for an always up to date design, following the customer’s requirements. This system guarantees an immediate tooling maintenance. A constant tooling maintenance after each production guarantees the constant quality of the production process. This department is also equipped with a series of NC machines, milling machines, boring machines, micro boring machines for tempered material, for grinding machines, parallel lathes, hacksaw machines as well as many NC electoerosion equipments. For a safe and easy handling of our tooling we have special lift off system for all tooling dimensions and weight. TOOLSHOP

PAINTING Our painting system is very modern and complete. Our painting line is equipped with sand blasting system, new washing line, degreasing with low zinc levels, cataphoresis and robotic powder painting and finishing. An internal modern laboratory, supports this process with the analysis and control of raw material and finished product during painting We have also a system for the salty smoke tests and an oiling line for welded parts in order to avoid oxidation of not painted parts, or parts with no surface treatment.

The final products are tested and controlled in the intermediate phases, and finally approved and certified. Our Quality Control Department uses traditional as well as computerized 3D Zeiss system. We have also a metallurgical lab with qualified personnel for destructive tests with Nital attack as well as nondestructive tests with penetrating liquids and Magniflux. We have all the necessary equipment to perform macrografies for the control of the welding tightness. In this Department we have also a series of equipments for metallurgical control such as hardness tester, quantometer for chemical analysis and elastometer for traction test.
