about being a cheft how u describe your cooking then chef leo tell me that he cook globally he cook everything but after meeting david collard one of a great head chef from france david collard gives so much influence to his cooking david collard used to works with michael caine mechanic arm the one arm chef l atelier de joel robuchon then gordon ramsey hell kitchen andrew tuner a very famous chef in uk what s make u to be a chef from his childhood he was already has his mommy s influence his mother has a small catering bu yun in semarang got the touch of mommy s cooking every time going back to indo always wants mommy s cooking one of my favorite is stuffed pig stomach then braised its a really old style chinese cooking approximately on the year 1920 very ancient cooking which his mom got it in heritage but it started because he met one of his childhood friend whose studying in hotelier university what a typical day at work every day for you i usually come at 9am checking the kitchen checking the incoming meat fresh or not by 9.30am started to see every section garnish soup vegetable pure meat n fishes larder starter crab tian salad pastry checking fridge sometime encouraging people n help 11-11.30 lunch with everyone 11.30-12.00 final preparation tasting the sauce tasting soup pure cooked vegetable pastry salad 12 restaurant open then start doing the mixed usually i do the calling 13 hotelier indonesia july-august 2011
