www.parkland.school.nz rise to the challenge dear parents as term 2 draws to a close tomorrow we can reflect on a very busy eleven weeks classes have been involved in a wide range of exciting activities and many of these can be seen on their class pages on the hub we continue to receive very positive feedback from families about the hub it seems that it is especially useful to keep extended families directly up to date with what is going on at school we are always open to suggestions for the development of the hub if you have some ideas please don t hesitate to let a staff member know the production awesome aotearoa of course was a major undertaking and a fantastic opportunity for parkland pupils the dvd s are not too far away a great shame that the `winter tournament has had to be cancelled again the weather this week has been extreme and there is no easy solution to this problem our thanks to the very large number of people that have helped out around the school this term your support is very much appreciated we hope you have a relaxing break and that you do not have too many sick children over the holidays peter barnett principal
