We love hearing: “I need more tickets!” Add more tickets to your order by contacting the Sales Manager, Melissa Lindow, with a full payment at 312.341.2357. Additional Tickets Day of tour:  Before 5PM for an evening tour OR before Friday at 5PM for a weekend tour: Contact us with the number of tickets you need. Please have a full payment by credit card ready. Reducing Your Order  You only need to pay for the tour reservations you need. However, when booking a private tour you are required to pay for the minimum of 20 people when reserving a group tour.  To reduce the size of your group, contact the Sales Team with you final headcount.  Remember, there are no refunds on payments.  Once your tour is confirmed, you will receive an invoice via e-mail directly from our ticket system. Please confirm that your date, time, number of tickets, and contact information are correct.  Your full payment is due 14 days before your private tour date! Payments not received by the due date as noted on the invoice will result in the immediate cancelation of tour.  There is a one-time, flat $10 service fee applied to each group order. This fee is applied to each tour booked.  By Phone: Call 312.341.2357 with an American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  By Mail: Send a check or money order to: Auditorium Theatre of Roosevelt University Attn: Private Tours 50 E Congress Pkwy Chicago IL 60605  In-person Payments must be made at 50 E Congress Pkwy. Please set up an appointment with a member of the Sales Team at least one business day in advance. Payments will not be accepted at the box office without an appointment. Grant Park South Garage 325 S Michigan Ave Exits to street level onto Michigan Ave at Jackson St and Van Buren St Matinee Rate (before 4PM) : $32 regular | $27 with coupon (120 minutes to 8 hours) Evening Rate (after 4PM) : $21 regular | $16 with coupon (after 4PM to 5AM the following day – 7 days per week) A $5 coupon off of the prices above is available at the Patron Services Office in Aisle 1. The Auditorium Theatre makes every effort possible to accommodate the needs of all members of the community and is dedicated to complying fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you or members of your group are in need of accessible accommodations, please contact us as soon as possible. On the day of the tour, after office hours, please call Patron Services at 312.341.2389 to make special arrangements. Please visit AuditoriumTheatre.org for more information on accessible accommodations at the Auditorium. Our accessible entrance is located on Congress Pkwy, west of the main entrance. We recommend that all patrons who have accessible needs be dropped off on Wabash Ave at the corner of Congress Pkwy. Two accessible gender neutral washrooms are located on the main floor and third floor. Patrons may obtain infrared assistive listening devices FREE of charge from coat check, which is open seasonally. When you walk into the first lobby, located at 50 E Congress Pkwy, the box office will be located on the righthand side, if you are picking up your tickets please step up to the window and ring the bell for a box office representative. Once you have your tickets and your group all together head toward the first set of double doors leading into the theatre lobby. To the right of the doors is a doorbell with the label “Patron Services”, press that button and a staff member will welcome you into the theatre. If a theatre representative does not greet you promptly please contact Patron Services at 312.341.2389 Please arrive on time. If you think you will be late, please call 312.341.2389.
