Dear Friends: We face the tough questions at The Voice in the Wilderness. Pastors, missionaries and churches around the world need scripturally sound, substantive solutions to the apostate, modernistic, progressive winds attempting to alter our course. The WORD of God is under attack in America. This is not new. The serpent said to the woman recorded in Genesis 3:1 “Yea, hath God said…?” That was a direct attack upon The Word and character of God. We know God does not need us puny, frail mortals to defend HIM! Yet remember, we are commanded to put on the whole armour of God, stand against the wiles of the devil and earnestly contend for the faith, which was once delivered unto the saints. Rest assured The Voice in the Wilderness is committed to HIS BOOK. I pray you and The Voice in the Wilderness are not only on the same page, but we stand together in the same BOOK—The King James Bible. With your support, we are taking this truth—THE TRUTH—to pastors, missionaries and churches beseeching our brethren to remain faithful. A dear missionary friend of this ministry had a group from the states come to minister in a new church plant. When the Americans arrived, (Continued on page 6) 2•The Voice in the Wilderness -August 2016 Virtual Edition

the missionary could not allow them to sing and serve with their worldly music and dress. Praise the Lord that this missionary had the conviction and courage, in love, to stand on the WORD of God. Yet it is sad, yea tragic, that pastors and parents would spend hundreds of dollars and send their young people thousands of miles to insult brethren in another country with our carnal brand of Christianity. The Voice in the Wilderness stands on the King James Bible, warns against southern gospel rock-and-roll, as well as, unscriptural contemporary music and preaches Biblical separation. I am asking pastors, missionaries, and local New Testament churches to renew your commitment and conviction on God’s Word. What does the Bible say—not the fads, fashion, and fluff of this present age. May God help us in love to “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” Thank you for standing and supporting The Voice in the Wilderness with your gifts and prayers. For Christ and souls, Ronnie L. Williamson Isa. 40:31 Happy Trails! I cannot say it enough. Thank you again for your prayers as The Voice in the Wilderness continues to stand and lift OUR VOICE! We need your faithful prayer support! IS GOD’S WORK IN YOUR WILL? “One of the most important documents a man ever signs is his Will. I can tell better what a man had in his heart by reading his Will than I can by reading his obituary. Prayerfully consider us in your Estate Planning. Thank you! 6•The Voice in the Wilderness -August 2016 Virtual Edition

URGENT For months, we have shared with you the great need in Venezuela. Because of safety concerns, economic issues, and new visa complications, we have hesitated traveling to the country, yet we wanted to assist the pastors, if possible. Just days ago, we spoke with one of the pastors in Venezuela and learned of his planned trip to Colombia to obtain relief supplies. The Lord has given opportunity for us to meet him in Bogota. We need your immediate help to provide a special offering that will be given to this pastor to help with the needs of the ministries in Venezuela! This is our time to bear a burden and make a difference. During the time in Bogota, we are also excited to meet with other pastors and certain missionaries who have current ministries with those believers in the jungle work first influenced by Sophie Muller. We praise the Lord for the opportunity to renew acquaintance with the continuing jungle ministry that The Voice in the Wilderness supported for over 50 years. Be a part TODAY and watch for great reports coming soon!
