THE KISS It was painted by Gustav Klimt in the 20th century. The name of the movement is Art Noveau. In the foreground there are a man and a woman who are kissing. In the left corner there is a colourful garden with some flowers. The background is golden. The lines are curving and there are some rectangular shapes. The atmosphere is romantic.

In the background there are some colors and lines: black, green blue and brown. In this painting a person is riding a bike. The lines are straignt, shapes are geometric and spherical. Brushstrokes are fine. The painter wants to communicate speed.

THE VIEW OF SAINT TROPEZ It was painted by Paul Signac at the end of the 19th century. This painting belongs to the pointillism movement.
