school uniform latest developments postie plus loyalty programme following discussions with postie plus it is clear that we are unable to pass the rebate directly on to parents this is mainly due to the fact that the school does not actually receive a 10 flat rate on each article purchased the payment made by postie plus once each year depends on the total spend by the school community and could vary between 5 and 10 it is expected that the amount paid to the school would vary from year to year as well the board is now considering how we could work out a method of using this money to directly benefit school families we would love to hear from anyone with suggestions that could be considered these can be emailed to principal@parkland.school.nz or a note dropped into the principal or chat clare lees-galloway on the bot skirt/skort hems if anyone finds the hem comes down on the skirts or skorts they should be returned to the shop for replacement footwear now that the footwear requirements have been relaxed it will be important for parents to ensure that footwear being worn to school actually meets the new guidelines from june 1st we will be emphasising this more in classrooms if you receive a uniform notice we simply ask that you consider the item that is of concern and ensure that it does meet the guidelines the simple rule of thumb is that footwear needs to be plain black if the footwear has white or any other colour on it then it shouldn`t be worn to school the only exception is that on wet days gumboots can be any colour at all nb although we have not had it confirmed we believe postie plus is holding a 25 discount one day sale today!
