The ABB IRC 5 test stand allows K+S fully system test items after repair with full diagnostic capabilities. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley 1388 DC Servo Control System Technical Bulletin This is the Allen Bradley 1388 DC servo system. It is commonly found in general industrial positioning applications. K+S Services Kokomo facility now has the ability to provide repair support for all revisions of the AB 1388. From the AV10 to the AV60, K+S can cover the customers service needs. K+S services stocks all the needed common repair parts to keep the turn around time to a minimum. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley 1391 AC Servo Control Systems Technical Bulletin These are the Allen Bradley 1391 ES & 1391 DES AC servo systems. They are commonly found in many industrial positioning applications. Each 1391 system contains the “Quad AB” encoder option board. The testing and diagnostic station for these servo drives is set up to provide a full range of dynamic variables that will cause any servo drive that is out of specification to fail. The 1391 system run, load, braking, ramp acceleration / deceleration & final positioning characteristics are all scrutinized. www.k-and-s.com 1-800-542-1331 REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY ALLEN BRADLEY 1394 MODULAR AC SERVO SYSTEM Technical Bulletin This is the Allen Bradley 1394 modular AC servo system. K+S Services Kokomo facility now has the capability to provide full service repair for these servo systems. Whether it’s the 1394 stand alone analog interface or the 1394 GMC servo system that utilizes the Allen Bradley “GML” programming language, K+S can support the customers repair service needs. This system incorporates and will also test the AB AM03, AM04, AM07, AM50 & AM75 servo amp modules. Utilizing four servo drive test modules, this system will provide a full communications test throughout the entire drive system. Additional diagnostic and special interface fixtures, such as the AB Flex I/O system, provides communications diagnostics on the 1394 controllers peripheral ports. www.k-and-s.com 1-800-542-1331 REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY ALLEN BRADLEY 1394C SERVO CONTROL SYSTEM Technical Bulletin This is the Allen Bradley 1394C servo control system. It is controlled by a standard PC via the SERCOS fiber optic interface. This system utilizes the RSLogix 5000 and the SoftLogix 5800 series software. All system programs and parameters are set using this software. This system is entirely operated and controlled by the desktop computer. This test system has four independent servo axis that are all controlled by the main 1394C controller. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley 1785-5/series PLC Technical Bulletin PLC 5 processor controlling multiple I/O racks. K+S is able to repair all PLC-5 processors series A-D, excluding Ethernet. All processors are tested on a 12 station data highway network and are thoroughly tested in heat sealed enclosures. We have a very extensive repair procedure which includes complete preventive maintenance. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1500 Series Technical Bulletin K+S is able to fully test and repair the Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1500/1764 series controller. Our system consists of the 1764-24AWA Base Unit and 1764-LSP, LRP Processor Module. The following features utilized in this system include: Expandable I/O, MicroLogix 1000 or SLC500 compatible instruction set, RSLogix 500 programming software compatibility, field upgradeable flash operating system, and high speed input/output functions. Additional Compact I/O Modules (1769) can also be added to the base unit when additional I/O functions are required. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley PLC 2 System Technical Bulletin The Allen Bradley PLC 2 system has been an industrial cornerstone for years. The K+S Services Kokomo facility is pleased to announce full diagnostic and repair service capability for this PLC system. All types and revisions of AB PLC2 system processors, racks, power supplies, communication and I/O modules can be repaired and fully system tested. Special diagnostic programs written by K+S will cycle each targeted module through various testing sequences to ensure a quality repair. Each item under test will be cycle tested for 2 to 3 days to reduce intermittent failures. NEW REPAIR & SYSTEM TEST CAPABILITY Allen Bradley PLC-3 System Technical Bulletin The PLC-3 and PLC-3/10 (1775 series) are a family of large programmable logic controllers. It is used primarily in the automobile industry where high reliability is essential to a good product. K+S guarantees this reliability by fully load testing all modules to their maximum capacity. This would include all memory modules and power supplies.
