Where School Do I Start? Visits Starting at Silverstream School is a special time for you and your child. We encourage you to enrol your child up to one year prior to them starting school. When enrolling your child, we require a Birth Certificate, Immunisation Record and proof of your address. Our principal Lisa Cavanagh will meet with you and show you around our school. Silverstream School has a zoning policy. This policy and the school zone area is listed on our website: www.silverstream.school.nz School visits give you and your child an insight into part of the school day. It will help to establish the morning routines so that children can manage their own resources and organise themselves for the start of the day. They will also experience some of the activities that are involved in school life. Once you have enrolled your child you will receive a letter inviting you to contact the school to book your school visits. These are done through our school office.
