chapter 1 kraig mckay this is really warped duncan starts to get scared so he throws the book across the room and he runs the other away because he was shocked on what he was reading at 4:00 he finishes his shift as he was walking home he runs into wayne duncan starts to tell him about the book he found as he was working hey wayne you won t believe on what i found i found this book that showed all these chemicals and ideas on how to destroy the earth jacob asks does it have anybodies name or address on it jacob responds by saying no i looked all over the book and it had no information on the person so jacob came up with this idea bye stealing it and burning it but duncan didn t like the idea duncan wanted to bring the book to the police duncan and jacob were coming up with ideas to get rid of the book later that evening duncan and his family were eating dinner and duncan s dad asked how is your new job duncan had to stop and think for a minute if he should tell him about the book or if he shouldn t tell him about the book duncan answers the job is okay he said there is a lot of lost stuff as they were eating the phone started to ring it was wayne he wanted to ask duncan if he want to shoot some hoops duncan asked his mother if he could go shoot some hoops with wayne duncan s mother said yes but you need to finish your dinner first so duncan finished his dinner and met up with wayne at the ice cream store as they were walking to the basketball court wayne came up with this idea by them finding the person who wrote the book duncan didn t really like the idea but if he went to the police he would have no proof on who the person is also if the police did csi and it would show duncan s finger prints because he touched the book so the police would think that duncan wrote the book then duncan would go to jail duncan decided to find the person who wrote the book but duncan said how are we going to find him wayne asked did you read the whole book duncan responds no i did not read the whole book than tomorrow when you get to work look and read the book and see if you can find more information on this person as duncan and wayne were playing basketball they saw vinny walking home from work duncan and wayne called him over as vinny was walking over duncan asked wayne if he should tell vinny about the book wayne said no because he will tell on you or even go to the police because he is a rat duncan chose not to tell vinny about the book after they finish playing duncan went home to get ready for bed as he was sleeping duncan had a dream where him and wayne were following the person who wrote the book as they were following the person the writer notices he is being followed duncan and wayne tried to run but the person was fast enough to catch them before they could get away the person took duncan and wayne to this old house and tied duncan and wayne to a chair the person had a mask on so duncan and wayne could not see the persons face the person had a knife in his hand they were quiet for a minute until the person asked them a question why were you following me he asks we were following you because we want to see if you wrote this book duncan pulls out the book the person takes and flips though the pages and says where did you find this i have been looking for this for a very long time duncan said i work at the sub way station all of the sudden duncan s mother wakes him up and asks are you okay duncan said i m ok i just need to go get a drink of water

acceleration chapter ending steve miller don t try this at home this is really warped but at the same time i felt intrigued the picture of the blood shot eyes of the rat looked as red as my uncle s eyes on christmas i wondered if i could do a modified version my self figure out if alcohol is more corrosive then hydrochloric/citric acid and then if the person comes for the journal i can give him an addition to his experiment maybe with mouth wash jamaican rum lemon juice and vomit i decide i am going to do this but i am going to need some more brain storming first i figured my back yard would be perfect for the experiments because at least there everybody won t think im crazy i walked to my backyard with mouth wash jamaican rum lemon juice and barf they all have a ph lever lower then 7 so their all acidic and the mouthwash and rum both have alcohol after the experiment ill know if citric hydrochloric acid is more corrosive then alcohol i was thinking of using mouse eyeballs because their the easiest to get i put one eyeball in 8 500ml beakers two beakers per liquid i filled up the beakers and made a quick hypotenuse on which would corrode quickest thinking that the vomit would be the strongest because it has to break down all of your food on a day to day basis and because it smelled terrible i put all of these under a hot lamp because it is proven that heat quickens reaction time and put it away for one week hoping for good results i came back to the backyard after one week and before i even saw the beakers i could smell the vomit i went into the corner were i hid the beakers and took a gander it was horrible the mould on the vomit was as green as grass with a dark brown tint the eyeball inside was completely deteriorated except what looked like to be the pupil i pulled out the lemon juice and to my surprise there was no mould but the eyeball has shrunken and wrinkled but not deteriorated now my adrenaline was racing because i got to see the beakers with alcohol i pulled out the beaker with mouthwash and the eyeball was still intact but lost a thin layer all the way around last but not least it was time for the jamaican rum beaker i pulled it out and to my surprise it was half the size as it was before like a swimming pool in the hat sun slowly evaporating now that i have these results i can put them in the journal showing what i used what i thought was going to happen and what really happened and secretly inside wanted to tell the person who left this journal that you inspired me to try this on my own three weeks later one of the most recurrent customers jacob ever seen came by looking for a journal i studied him like a kindergarten teacher my first impression was a trouble maker but why would a trouble maker be doing scientific tests i was confused come grab the journal duncan called jacob i came over handed him the journal and said thanks to you i was inspired to do my own experiment and proved that hydrochloric and citric acid is much more corrosive then alcohol i don t know why you did this experiment but i don t want to know

acceleration chase robson this is really warped i then got all worried and uncomfortable my skin felt itchy like there were bugs crawling all over it i think i should call the police duncan didn t even realize he was talking out loud i called the police and a man picks up i found a book a diary i think the police should have it after a while the police show up they are not wearing proper uniforms i don t even think about it since i m too worried about the diary the two officers walk in they are wearing black suits they looked like funeral home workers they then take the book and then walk away like army soldiers i start to think about the situation and realise what just happened then all of a sudden i hear a knock at the door of the lost and found i go to answer it it s two police officers standing at the door my mind goes blank they start to ask me about the call i thought that you guys just came i said the officers stared at each other then back to me what are you talking about says one of the police men the police men came inside i explained what happened and what the two men looked like after a while they left and said they would call if they found anything out they drove me home my mind was all fuzzy and confused what s on your mind duncan says my dad while eating dinner nothing i said unconvincingly then went upstairs after dinner i didn t even want to watch t.v or play video games i was a zombie i went right to bed i could not fall asleep there i was staring at my ceiling for hours of the night i looked slightly to my left out the window then i heard someone say my name outside of the window i got up out of bed and looked outside i saw nothing then i made myself quietly go down the stairs and out the front door then around the corner of my house my shed door was open i made my way over to it then inside it was so dark i couldn t see my hands in front of me and all i could hear were mice running around then a hand grabbed my neck and i woke up shouting violently breathing heavily i then heard my cell phone ring i picked up we found the men who have taken your book

acceleration chapter :1mike so i read on i tried to stop but i cant i must stop this book is so wack and this person is so scrawled in the mind as i read on it tells me more about the mice eyes all i could think of is thous mice eyes i start to feel like­like everything in this world is not how it seems i feel like there is some kind of darkness creeping up on me my mine racing like never before it feel like there was a race going on in my head i say how can some one do this for fun and wright it down so everyone can see it who did all this to these mice and cats and what nots i throw the book on the ground and stomp on the book like a cockroach but i had a though that sometimes even that not enough for it i go home thinking about the book and still trying to figure out why and who wrote that book that night and many more night after i read the brown leather book where i said envy one of the 7 deadly sin would be scare to read this book i couldn t sleep keep seeing thous died eye and the mice with the different types of liquids that they were getting tested in when i do fall asleep all i dream of is like a rerun show playing the same show everyday­ i start to see a beach from where i am im in the water swimming deeper and further away from the beach i can see kid and people playing around screaming and laughing as well i stop and looked around i see something in the water it is moving closer and closer to the beach i header nothing everything has stop the people were not yelling or laughing anymore they just looking in to the water i look around to see what they are looking at­ a man is splashing around i looks like something got him he is to far for them to swim im closer to him then anything but he s moving away further then everything and everyone im scared of what going to happen to that poor man i swim as fast as i can but it feels like im swimming in cement im moving nowhere i wake up wet and scared for my life i was sitting down on the front steps of wayne s house waiting for him to get off work i had my leather jacket the one from my work i was talking about man its hot out side today i feel like im cooking like a human hotdog i said to myself i hear something in the back ground i looked around to see who call my name i turned around and i saw my buddy wayne he scared the living hell out of me scared from last nigh i have been jumpy lately.

acceleration aaron carricato this is really warped immediately i felt shocked i wondered if this could a psycho path in the making these were just mice but i wondered if this could progress into something worse a budding serial killer i wasn t sure what to do so i decided i would wait the 15 minutes until my shift is over and go meet wayne he would be getting off by time i got to the dairy barn i got to the dairy barn just in time to catch wayne getting off work before i said a word he asked me what was wrong i guess i had a look on my face we grabbed an ice cream and i told him about the book he was creeped out too he said we should go to the police but i wasnt sure if they would even take the book seriously we decide to read on farther into the book it got more and more disturbing he had moved on from killing rats and was onto actual humans his favourite were old people apparently there were many disturbing vivid descriptions of what he did to them he liked to torture people nothing sexual i think he got his release from just watching them in pain we decided that we must go to the police about this so we took the train to the police station when we got there we were greeted by an old secretary she asked what we were here for we told her and the look on her face was horrid she quickly jumped up quicker than i thought someone of her age would be able to she immediately went and found someone who than came and asked us several questions about the book after i told him how i had discovered it and the contents of the book he seemed pretty convinced that this was an actual problem he than asked us for the book i was reluctant to give it to him but i realized i had to luckily i had photo copied every page in the book.

hayden starc acceleration chapter 1 this is warped this journal i found is crazy after reading a few pages i was pretty freaked out but at the same time interested i decided not to tell jacob or anyone else about it i went and grabbed my bag and threw the journal in the back of the dungeon by looking at the ratty condition and the smudged writing in the journal i could tell it was from years ago when i got home from work i couldn t stop thinking about it like a rerun it kept repeating in my mind thoughts were pouring through my head images of the brutal animal killings should i bring this to the police should i show my friends or my parents later that night i turned on my computer and searched in animal killings in wilson heights there was one link that popped up and looked like it was the one i opened it and read only to find out this all happened eight years ago the article said that the man was found dead in his apartment seven months after the crime was committed i shut off my computer and hopped into bed i layed there for hours unable to sleep like a prisoner in a cell i started thinking about the journal again all of the sudden it was like a light bulb turned on in my head i got it i could continue his experiment with the animals and finish filling in the journal it seems crazy but thinking about it this is something this is something that i am now very interested in doing maybe i could convince wayne into doing this with me so i won t have to do this all by myself it ll be much easier doing this with a second person because it would make it a lot easier to hide stuff from my mom and to buy the things we need i wouldn t have to pay for it all this would be very dangerous and i would have to be super careful not to get caught or i will be in some serious trouble.

acceleration chapter 1 dean henderson this is really warped duncan was horrified by what he was reading but at the same time he was very interested in the book so he took the book over to a corner and started to read it again he then began to drift lazily into a deep sleep while reading the book it was like he toned everything else but the book out duncan then snapped out of his hypnotic state and all he could here was a loud clanging jacob was calling him to get something duncan jumped up and the book flew off his lap and onto the floor like a wild animal he went to the front desk and looked at the man standing at the table the man was wearing blue jeans and a black hoddie he couldn t see his face because the man had his hoddie up and was standing away from the light so his face was dark duncan then looked at jacob and waited to hear what he needed to go look for duncan you need to get a black leather book with no title and it looks old jacob said i ll get right on it i said sarcastically duncan went back into the back room and started looking jacob sighed i can t find it anywhere duncan was just about to walk out and say he couldn t find it when he saw the book he was reading earlier he walked over and picked it up this must be it duncan said surprised he took the book to the front and said to the man it this your book the man reached out and snatched the book from duncan s hands the man studied the book and then nodded he turned and left the room duncan was amazed that was the man who was killing mice a murderer in the mist duncan looked at jacob who already fallen asleep like he usually does then he looked at the door i m going to regret this duncan said then snuck out and saw the diary owner walking up stairs to the main street duncan followed duncan kept his distance from the man but followed him for a good 20 minutes when he turned down a dark ally way duncan peeked around the corner and saw the man turn another corner when he caught up he looked around the corner and the man was gone where did he go he said to himself duncan looked around for

a minute and then gave up he then decided to go back to work when he looked at his watch oh my shift over i might as well go home he turned around and there was the cold blooded killer standing in front of him duncan was scared out of his mind and he ran like his life depended on it he didn t know were he was going he just wanted to get out of the ally way and go home duncan finally stopped in a four way ally way he kept looking in all directions and didn t no were to go he was lost he heard cars coming from one direction so he followed the noise to a street which he had never been on duncan saw a convenience store and went in he asked the lady at the counter do you know how to get to the subway station from here she looked easily at him and said ya i do you turn left once you get out side then go four blocks down then turn right and you ll see the station said the lady thanks duncan said duncan was still scared about the encounter with the crazy man so he kept looking in all directions and down every ally way he passed when he finally got to the station he then knew how to get home which took about 20 minutes when duncan got home he went into the kitchen where his mom was she turned around and said where were you what took you so long to get home i i wanted to walk around for awhile before i got home duncan said hesitantly well your home and that s all i care about come and have some dinner his mom said relieved just before duncan went to go sit down he looked outside and he couldn t believe what he saw the man at the station that picked up the book went into the house across the street the creepy man that was killing mice and who almost gave duncan a heart attack in the ally way was his neighbour!
