About Us Precision Constructors, LLC Originally Incorporated in 1980 as a State Certified Building Contractor specializing in health care construction and renovation, George Bruton has constantly been engaged in this service as a corporate executive. The services provided include healthcare organizations in Acute Care, Specialty Acute Hospital, Behavioral Care, and Rehabilitation Care. Today George has incorporated Precision Constructors as a State Licensed Commercial General Contractor specializing in Healthcare Construction and Renovation of fully operational hospitals and healthcare facilities. We have a long running reputation of excellence working with Hospital CEO’s, CFO’s, Directors of Clinical Services, Directors of Plant Operations, Infection Control Managers, Quality Managers, and Safety Officers in the commission of Construction and Renovation work within their fully operational Hospitals. Since 1990 we have completed over 100 projects ranging from ground up hospitals to major hospital renovations. We fully understand the critical importance of Infection Control, Sound Transmission Control, Life Safety in the healthcare setting, Interim Life Safety Measures, HEPA filtration, construction barriers, cleanliness and all of the documentation, training, and communications required in a hospital renovation. Precision Constructors is structured to work with hospitals by either providing a lump sum contract and constructing from their completed construction documents or by providing our “Strong Suit” Design/Build for the construction or renovation of their healthcare projects. Other project delivery systems are also available.
