SPANISH OMELETTE by Juan Ingredients: - Olive oil - Potatoes. - Onion. - Eggs. - Salt. Elaboration: -Peel and wash the potatoes and the onion. -Chop the onion and potatoes. -Warm oil in a pan and put the potatoes and onions with at some salt. -Crack the eggs in the pan. -Stir the eggs. -Add the eggs to the pan. -Cook it 10 minutes in the pan. -Serve and enjoy.
