At 7:25 we usually have tea and eat with biscuits or bread with jam.
At 9:00,we usually have milkcoffee with cookies or milk with cereals.
At school we have a break at 10:00: we uusally eat yoghurt or fruits or a chocolate bar or a brioche . At 12:00 we eat a sandwich and drink water or juice.
At home, at 4:00, we eat fruit, ice cream or toasted bread.
At 2:00 we eat pasta, meat and vegetables. f
At 12:15 we eat lasagne bolognese, pasta, meat or vegetables.
At 7:30 we eat pasta or soup, fish or meat, vegetables and sometimes fruit salad.
At 8:00 we eat pasta or soup, fish or meat, vegetables and a dessert. Sometimes we eat only pizza or paella because they’re single dishes, thenwe eat a dessert.
Sometimes we go to the resturant, here we eat pizza or only a first or a second course because they give you too big portions!
HEALTHY & UNHEALTHY FOODS
We usually eat healthy and unhealthy foods. The healthy foods we eat are: fruit salad and vegetables. The unhealthy foods we eat are: pizza, chips, ice cream.
Usually I have breakfast at 7.20 in the kitchen with my mum. I have some honey biscuits with a cup of tea.
On weekdays I eat at 2.15 pm. I have pasta with tomato sauce, salad and meat. At weekends I have rice, tomatoes and salad at 1.00
For dinner I eat a vegetable soup with peppers, potatoes and beans. After dinner I eat vanilla ice-cream with strawberries. At the weekend I eat chicken with French fries, salad, tomatoes and peppers. Sometimes I eat pizza with my friends.
