MEVISA´s Alarm Operating Centre is based in Palma de Mallorca, which allows us to offer afully personalized service. For this reason, we have an experienced team in charge of the Alarm Centre, looking after the needs of our subscribers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Continuous training and experience define this operator team; thanks to them we can offer this service at the highest level of efficiency. A LAST GENERATION CENTRAL CONSTANTLY UPDATED AND IMPROVED Reliability of technology makes essential its constant renewing and the capability to use systems such as; incident verification trough images that avoid annoying false alarms, or the bidirectional control of the connected systems that allows knowing in real time the conditions of your systems and act remotely. A COMPLET RESPONSE PERSONALLY DESIGNED FOR EVERY NEED OUR CUSTOMERS HAVE Our Alarm Operating Central is provided of the technology and human resources needed to offer the following services: Reception and alarm management. Video verification of alarms. Personal verification service. Immediate communication by email of the connections and disconnections, with optional detail of users identification. Switching on and off control. Communication control and electricity cut. Activity reports. Assistance and users support. Bidirectional control between your system and our AOC (Alarm Operating Central) for the corresponding verifications. Personalized protocol for the management of the alarms. 1 When an element sends an alarm signal, all the security system is activated. 2 The alarm signal arrives to the AOC, where we proceed with the video verification. 3 We make contact with the customer to check if everything is in order. Depending on your circumstances and requirements, you can choose the position of detectors that are going to watch for the security of your home or business. Access module It serves to operate the system trough the EFS keyboard and it shows in a simple way the protection status of the installation. 6 different devices that complement each other, synchronize and interact. Command panel Evaluates the information of the detectors and sends orders to other components of the system. Your GSM communicator sends information reports of the status to your mobile phone. Smoke detector It combines two independent sensors to warn immediately of the outbreak of fire. Opening detector It watches all the possible entrances to the interior of the building acting on doors and windows. Movement detector Informs about the movement of persons in the protected area. If someone tries to damage it, an alarm is activated. Outdoor hooter Warns in case of danger in the interior of the house or business.
