Our PROMOTING Mission UTAH’S FILM INDUSTRY. FilmUtah (DigitalUtah) is a non-profit corporation dedicated to increase motion picture production and post production in Utah by promoting Utah crews, production services and locations to producers and studios worldwide. The primary goal of FilmUtah and DigitalUtah is to be a marketing outlet for Utah film, digital media professionals and artists to promote themselves and their companies to the world. Film Festivals & Parties The Hub & Events During The Sundance Film Festival Each year FilmUtah partners with the Utah Film Commission to present a week long lounge space on Main Street in Pack City during the Sundance Film Festival. Independent filmmakers, industry press and emerging artists visit the lounge, have coffee and hot chocolate and learn about Utah as a media production center. Utah film professionals, the Utah Film Commission and Utah economic ambassadors engage visitors. In the evenings the space is converted into a “cocktail” party space and is available to sponsors and partners for evening events. 13 Photo: Charles Uibel

Events & Seminars Any and all support is welcomed. FilmUtah/DigitalUtah costs are supported annually by contributions from Corser, Inc and the Utah Film Commission and Utah. Our primary interest is to build and enhance a vibrant media community in Utah and offer a valuable target market to interested brands. We present educational seminars, print & digital magazines, podcasts, and social media engagement. Your help is appreciated. FilmUtah presents a monthly Seminar for independent filmmakers focused on film financing. The Series is held in Park City during Sundance, at the Cannes festival, and in Los Angeles during the American Film Market as well as other select festivals around the US and the World. Social Media Social Media Contests & Connections FilmUtah and DigitalUtah hold contests to get people excited about our brand.
